The room was clean, spacious, and super comfy, which made it feel like a little holiday retreat. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the arena and right next to Lexington Market, so you can easily explore nearby attractions. Plus, the free breakfast had a delicious variety, and I loved the warm and cute vibe from the staff-especially the bartender!
I did feel a bit uneasy walking around the area at night. There were some sketchy vibes, so I'd recommend sticking to well-lit paths and being cautious. I noticed a few unexpected charges on my bill, but thankfully, the staff sorted it out quickly.

The king suite was spacious and well-equipped. I encountered issues with a loose toilet, long waits at valet, and delays in receiving an iron for my room were nice. While the room was pleasant, the service needed improvement to create a more enjoyable stay.
